Ground up new construction of an individualized residential alternative (IRA) for eight (8) developmentally disabled, medical frail adults. Residence consists of a single story, 4,275 S.F., with a full height basement. Residence is certified by OPWDD as an IRA. The residence was designed to comply with Energy Star 3 requirements.
